These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and participation in the Butterfly Circle membership program (“Program”) operated by Sandy Z LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Butterfly Circle Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or access the Program.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Butterfly Circle is a membership community designed to provide personal development resources, coaching, community support, and educational materials.

Program features may include, but are not limited to:

  • Live group coaching sessions
    • Community discussions and support
    • Recorded trainings and materials
    • Guest speaker sessions
    • Embodied movement classes
    • Guided practices and exercises

Sandy Z LLC reserves the right to modify, update, add, or remove content and features within the Program at any time.

2. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTION

The Butterfly Circle operates on a recurring monthly subscription basis.

By enrolling in the Program, you authorize Sandy Z LLC to automatically charge your payment method on a monthly basis unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

All payments are processed through secure third-party processors such as Stripe.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.

All membership payments are non-refundable.

You may cancel your membership at any time, and access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

 

3. LICENSE AND USAGE RESTRICTIONS

Upon enrollment, Sandy Z LLC grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Program materials for your personal use only.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell Program materials
    • Share login access with others
    • Record or redistribute live sessions
    • Use materials for commercial purposes
    • Upload Program content to public platforms

All materials remain the intellectual property of Sandy Z LLC.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

4. USE OF LIKENESS & AI RESTRICTIONS

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that live sessions or community events may be recorded.

You grant Sandy Z LLC permission to use recordings, comments, testimonials, or participation for educational or promotional purposes unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

You may not:

  • Use Program materials to train artificial intelligence models
    • Reproduce Program content using AI tools
    • Create derivative AI-generated content from Program materials

5. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

The Butterfly Circle is intended to be a respectful and supportive environment.

Members agree to:

  • Treat all participants with respect
    • Maintain confidentiality of personal stories shared within the community
    • Avoid harassment, bullying, discrimination, or harmful behavior

Sandy Z LLC reserves the right to remove any member whose behavior is disruptive or harmful to the community.

Removal from the Program due to misconduct will not result in a refund.

 

6. COACHING AND EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER

The Butterfly Circle provides personal development coaching and educational content.

The Program does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Participation in the Program should not replace professional advice from licensed professionals.

Members are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

7. TESTIMONIAL DISCLAIMER

Testimonials shared within the Program or on promotional materials represent individual experiences.

Results vary for each individual.

Testimonials are not guarantees of future results or outcomes.

8. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that personal growth, coaching discussions, and community interactions may involve emotional reflection and personal development.

You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation and any outcomes resulting from your involvement in the Program.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sandy Z LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in the Program or violation of these Terms.

10. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

Sandy Z LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Program at its sole discretion if these Terms are violated.

No refunds will be issued if termination occurs due to violation of these Terms.

 

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

Any disputes arising from participation in the Program shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Both parties agree to waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. PRIVACY

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We respect your privacy and will not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to operate the Program or as required by law.

14. COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By providing your email address at checkout, through a lead form, or by subscribing to receive updates, you consent to receive promotional and personalized marketing emails from Sandy Z LLC, including but not limited to program updates, community announcements, educational content, and special offers related to the Butterfly Circle and other programs.

Consent to receive emails is not a condition of any purchase.

You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any email.

We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your email address with third parties.

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
