I created this space not from theory, but from my own life. I've been through two divorces, cheating, abuse, depression, self-hate, and harsh judgment. I lost friendships when I needed support the most.
For a long time I felt completely lost. No clarity, no guidance, no safe community that truly understood me. I remember wishing there was a space where I could be held, supported, and not judged.
So I built it!
Today, I'm in a healthy, happy 9-year relationship, because I mastered the relationship with myself first. I wake up happy, at peace, confident, and fully alive. I'm the healthiest I've ever been, and I'm in my 40s!
